Every year, Airlineratings.com chooses the world’s best airlines in various categories and the results for 2018 are just in.
Best Overall Airline
That is probably the most interesting category of them all. And the winner is: Air New Zealand. The Kiwi airlines was able to convince the judges with a young fleet, friendly crews, innovative and environmental-friendly leadership and “record-breaking financial performance” – for the fifth time in a row!
Best First Class
Singapore airlines took this award home and that is definitely no surprise, considering the recently introduced Singapore Airlines Suites.
More Awards
The best ultra-low-cost airline is Vietnamese VietJetAir.com and the best regional airline title was awarded to Aegean Airlines.
